Furthermore, we offer on-site service for vessels. Whether it involves a minor repair or a complex technical challenge, we are always committed to finding the best solution.
Meet Twan Jonker
Jonker Automotive was founded by Twan Jonker based on one clear conviction: high-quality maintenance and repairs must be affordable, without compromising on craftsmanship.
My passion for technology began at an early age. As a child, I enjoyed tinkering with mopeds and motorcycles. Because my father worked in the automotive industry, I was exposed to the trade from a young age. After completing my education (secondary vocational education, car mechanic, senior automotive technician, and MOT inspector), I worked for over 25 years at various independent car repair shops.
During those years, I gained a lot of experience and further developed myself. I saw where the profession can be at its best, but also where it can be improved. I regularly saw clients incurring unnecessarily high costs or paying for work that was not always fully completed. That had to change.
With that thought in mind, I started Jonker Automotive. My goal is to offer customers honest advice, transparent pricing, and craftsmanship. I take the time to thoroughly investigate malfunctions and always look for the most suitable solution, without unnecessary costs.
Over the years, I have also specialized in diagnostics and electronics. Many people believe that they can only go to the brand dealer for complex malfunctions or software-related work. In practice, this is often unnecessary. Thanks to my knowledge and professional equipment, I can perform the same work on many car brands, often at significantly lower costs.
In addition to cars, we also carry out work on engines and vessels. Furthermore, we regularly support automotive companies on a freelance basis when temporary additional technical expertise or capacity is required.
